White Rock 2009 Napa Valley Chardonnay
2009 produced a low crop of chardonnay with small berries and rich flavors. I balanced this richness by avoiding malolactic fermentation. This retains a nice balancing acidity and bright fruit and floral aromas. The nose shows aromas of lemon, white peach, caramel and a hint of toastiness. In the mouth it is expansive and delicious with a long flavorful finish. Drinks well now and promises to age well for the next 15 years. € 18,50

White Rock 2005 "LAUREATE" Cabernet Sauvignon
There is a complexity to this vintage that is both multi-layered and defined. Rosemary and cedar mingle with cherries, chocolate, and coffee. These flavors, all typical in White Rock Cabernets, find a particularly elegant expression this year, as the sandy tannins are delicately balanced by cream and vanilla bean. The effect is reminiscent of some of Napas greatest vintages, 1991 or 1994.

Madonna Estate 2008 Estate Pinot Noir
The Madonna Vineyard provides the perfect conditions to capture the true essence of the delicate Pinot Noir grape. We combine whole grape clusters with crushed must during fermentation. The wine is then aged in small French oak barrels for nine months. Our Pinot Noir is an excellent food pairing wine that accompanies many dishes such as grilled salmon, stuffed mushrooms, polenta, and tenderloin of beef.

Madonna Estate 2009 Estate Chardonnay
After the initial fermentation, our dry-farmed, intensely flavored Chardonnay grapes are barrel fermented in small French oak barrels where it goes through malolactic fermentation. After resting on the lees to develop a hint of yeast character, it is bottle aged to maturity. With hints of apple, pear, and butterscotch our Chardonnay is creamy with a nice lingering finish, and pairs nicely with roasted poultry, cracked crab, and cream-based pasta dishes.
