Winemaker's Notes:
There is a complexity to this vintage that is both multi-layered and defined. Rosemary and cedar mingle with cherries, chocolate, and coffee. These flavors, all typical in White Rock Cabernets, find a particularly elegant expression this year, as the sandy tannins are delicately balanced by cream and vanilla bean. The effect is reminiscent of some of Napa’s greatest vintages, 1991 or 1994.
